Lion Circle is looking for a full time administrative customer service / inside sales representative for an advertising specialty company located in Chicago (near midway), for immediate opening. You will be responsible for answering inbound sales calls, quoting catalog pricing and data entering orders. Prior work in promotional products / advertising specialty industry desired.
Our company is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is a responsible, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills who has the ability to work in a busy environment and communicate with a diverse range of clients. The Customer Service Representative must be able to handle high volume calls and complaints, and will also be responsible for developing and implementing training tools as needed. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
